Registered Physiotherapist
Kyle Henderson is a physiotherapist from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, with a strong background in movement, performance, and rehabilitation. He completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honors) at Memorial University in 2020, where his honors work focused on TMS and exercise influence on rehab. He went on to earn his Master of Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2022.
Kyle has a particular interest in active rehabilitation, strength-based recovery, and helping clients return to the activities they enjoy most — whether that’s sport, training, work, or everyday life. His treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based care and combines education, exercise, and practical strategies to support long-term results.
Outside the clinic, Kyle is passionate about fitness and performance. He is a Certified CrossFit Coach and HYROX Coach, and spends much of his time training in CrossFit and triathlon. When he’s not in the clinic or gym, he enjoys getting outdoors with his dog for runs, hikes, and adventures around Newfoundland.
